How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services at least 3-6 months in advance for weddings and 1-3 months for other events. For peak wedding season (October-February), earlier booking is advisable to secure your date.

What is the booking and payment process?

After the initial consultation and proposal approval, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event date. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments.

Can you work with my venue's restrictions?

Yes, we are experienced in working with various venue restrictions. Please inform us about any specific venue guidelines during the consultation, and we will design decorations that comply with these restrictions while still creating a beautiful atmosphere.

Do you offer setup and takedown services?

Yes, our service includes complete setup and takedown of all decorations. Our team will arrive well in advance to prepare the venue and will return after the event to remove all decorations, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
